test: xfail binutils in the e2e catalog
glibc 2.42 turned strstr into a macro with C2x redirect annotations in string.h, and gprofng's libcollector does not survive it: iolib.c:898 fails with 'expected identifier before _Generic'. Fixed upstream after the 2.45 snapshot this rebuild uses - a distro toolchain change hitting every rebuild, not pkh.
