Venkatesh Yadav AbbarapuandMichal Simek 79a647c6b7 spi: cadence_qspi: Disable the DAC mode in indirect read
Hang has been observed on QEMU, as it starts with indac
read and fills sram, but after dma is triggered, it tries
dac read instead (based on priority) which gets blocked.
Disable the DAC mode in indirect DMA read and enable back
for writes as DAC mode is used.

Add 10GBE high-speed Mac support, it supports 10G, 5G, 2.5G and 1G speeds.
10GBE high speed Mac is an extension of the current 1G Mac in versal,
inheriting all its current features.

MMI 10GBE ip has two internal PCS's.
1)10GBASER PCS is used for higher speeds 10G and 5G.
2)1000BASEX PCS is used for slower speeds 1G and 2.5G.

Both PCS's speed and rate configuration is done with same
usx registers. ENABLE_HS_MAC bit in NCR is the toggle switch
between the PCS's.

Venkatesh Yadav AbbarapuandMichal Simek 6b772a0bcc cadence_qspi: fix odd byte read issue in STIG mode
In DDR mode, even bytes are read using DMA, while the remaining odd
bytes are read using STIG mode. However, the data is not correctly
transferred into the flash read data lower register because the
supplementary byte of the STIG opcode is not being written to the
opcode extension register, resulting in incorrect data being read.

To resolve this issue, when using STIG transactions, the corresponding
supplementary byte of any STIG opcode must be defined in the Opcode
Extension Register (Lower). Issue has been observed on the Macronix
MX66UM2G45G flashes.

tshsl_ns is the clock delay for chip select deassert. This is the delay in

outputs are de-asserted between transactions.

The minimum delay is always SCLK period to ensure the chip select is never
re-asserted within one SCLK period.

That is why tshsl_ns delay should be at least one sclk_ns value. If it is
less than sclk_ns, set it equal to sclk_ns.

Observing the crash when we add the i2c-arbitrator node in the device

arbitrator uses the uclass of mux(UCLASS_I2C_MUX) and the mux uclass driver
checks for the "reg" property using the i2c_mux_child_post_bind() function,
if it won't find the "reg" property it will return -EINVAL which is leading
to the crash.
So, add the logic to check whether the child node has the "reg" property,
if the "reg" property exists then read the "reg" and update the channel.

Apart from the USB command attach, prevent the hub from suspend.
when the “USB Attach with SMBUS (0xAA56)” command is issued to the hub,
the hub is getting enumerated and then it puts in a suspend mode.
This causes the hub to NAK any SMBUS access made by the SMBUS Master
during this period and not able to see the hub's slave address while
running the "i2c probe" command.

Prevent the MCU from the putting the HUB in suspend mode through register
write. The BYPASS_UDC_SUSPEND bit (Bit 3) of the RuntimeFlags2 register at
address 0x411D controls this aspect of the hub. The BYPASS_UDC_SUSPEND

Venkatesh Yadav AbbarapuandMichal Simek 5a24caca06 spi: cadence_qspi: Fix OSPI boot issue
Moving the hw_reset function from the controller driver to
the NOR framework has caused the OSPI reset not to be triggered
in the Cadence driver's probe function. As a result, reading the
flash ID during SPI calibration is incorrect, and the
CQSPI_REG_RD_DATA_CAPTURE is set with an invalid value. This makes
it unable to read the flash ID properly.
To solve this problem, it's suggested to skip SPI calibration and
instead retrieve the read_delay directly from the device tree.

Skipping SPI calibration doesn't bring harm since there's no need
for the flash golden values stored during SPI calibration.
Instead, they are now read during the spi_nor_read_id call in the
NOR framework.

Venkatesh Yadav AbbarapuandTom Rini 5d40b3d384 mtd: spi-nor: Add parallel and stacked memories support
In parallel mode, the current implementation assumes that a maximum of
two flashes are connected. The QSPI controller splits the data evenly
between both the flashes so, both the flashes that are connected in
parallel mode should be identical.
During each operation SPI-NOR sets 0th bit for CS0 & 1st bit for CS1 in
nor->flags.

In stacked mode the current implementation assumes that a maximum of two
flashes are connected and both the flashes are of same make but can
differ in sizes. So, except the sizes all other flash parameters of both
the flashes are identical

Spi-nor will pass on the appropriate flash select flag to low level
driver, and it will select pass all the data to that particular flash.

Write operation in parallel mode are performed in page size * 2 chunks as
each write operation results in writing both the flashes. For doubling
the address space each operation is performed at addr/2 flash offset,
where addr is the address specified by the user.

Similarly for read and erase operations it will read from both flashes,
so size and offset are divided by 2 and send to flash.

Venkatesh Yadav AbbarapuandMichal Simek 7d84ad1da0 env_spi: support overriding spi dev from board code
This enables boards to choose where to/from the environment
should be saved/loaded. They can then for example support using
the same device (dynamically) from which the bootloader was
launched to load and save env data and do not have to
define CONFIG_ENV_SPI_BUS statically.

In my use case, the environment needs to be on the same device I
booted from. It can be the QSPI or OSPI device.
I therefore would override spi_get_env_dev in the board code,
read the bootmode registers to determine where we booted from
and return the corresponding device index.
