Julien StephanandDavid Lechner 76e2f6f221 configs: mediatek: drop unused CONFIG_MTK_POWER_DOMAIN
The MT7981, MT7986, MT7987 and MT7988 SoCs do not have a scpsys power
domain block: none of their device trees carry a "mediatek,*-scpsys"
compatible, so the driver never binds and enabling CONFIG_MTK_POWER_DOMAIN
only builds dead code.

Note: the MT7987 and MT7988 device trees do carry a
"mediatek,mt79xx-power-controller" compatible on their topmisc syscon,
but no U-Boot driver binds it and no node consumes power-domains, so
the symbols are unused there as well.

Remove the unused symbols (CONFIG_MTK_POWER_DOMAIN and
CONFIG_POWER_DOMAIN) from these defconfigs.

Sam ProtsenkoandTom Rini 70a4d1fa1d treewide: Remove empty board_init() function from all boards
Commit 86acdce2ba ("common: add config for board_init() call")
introduced CONFIG_BOARD_INIT option. This option can be disabled for the
boards where board_init() function is not needed. Remove empty
board_init() calls for all boards where it's possible, and disable
CONFIG_BOARD_INIT in all related defconfigs.

This cleanup was made semi-automatically using these scripts: [1].

No functional change, but the binary size for the modified boards is
reduced a bit.

Sughosh GanuandTom Rini e32bdd91f2 lmb: remove config symbols used for lmb region count
The LMB memory maps are now being maintained through a couple of
alloced lists, one for the available(added) memory, and one for the
used memory. These lists are not static arrays but can be extended at
runtime. Remove the config symbols which were being used to define the
size of these lists with the earlier implementation of static arrays.

Daniel GolleandTom Rini dcde1f95bf configs: set CONFIG_LMB_MAX_REGIONS=64 for MT7988 boards
Similar to MT7981 and MT7986 also MT7988 can have a high number of
reserved-memory regions used by the various hardware offloading
subsystems.

Raise CONFIG_LMB_MAX_REGIONS to 64 to avoid errors when trying to boot
Linux with more then 6 reserved regions:

Weijie GaoandTom Rini bc4adc97cf board: mediatek: add MT7988 reference boards
This patch adds general board files based on MT7988 SoCs.

MT7988 uses one mmc controller for booting from both SD and eMMC,
and the pins of mmc controller booting from SD are also shared with
one of spi controllers.
So two configs are need for these boot types:

1. mt7988_rfb_defconfig - SPI-NOR, SPI-NAND and eMMC
2. mt7988_sd_rfb_defconfig - SPI-NAND and SD
