log: correct CONFIG_LOG_TEST prerequisites

	undefined reference to `do_log_test'

occurs for CONFIG_CMD_LOG=y, CONFIG_LOG_TEST=y, CONGIG_UNIT_TEST=n

Make CONFIG_UNIT_TEST a prerequisite.
