dts: synquacer: Fix "arm, armv7-timer-mem" node address sizes

The "arm,armv7-timer-mem" schema defines the address sizes for child
nodes to be 32-bit as there's no need for 64-bit offsets and sizes of
the child 'frame' nodes.
