test: xfail systemd in the e2e catalog
python3-lxml 6.1 no longer consults custom resolvers for parameter entities, and systemd's man build leans on exactly that (the custom-entities.ent resolver in tools/xml_helper.py): make-directive-index fails with 'Entity entities not defined'. A distro toolchain change hitting every rebuild, not pkh - the same breakage forced a backport in Yocto.
