Michal SimekandTom Rini c8a74db0cd arm: Change SYS_INIT_SP_BSS_OFFSET from int to hex 
The most of OFFSET values are in hex instead of int which is easier for
layout description.

Marek VasutandTom Rini fb5235239a env: Rename DEFAULT_ENV_FILE to ENV_DEFAULT_ENV_TEXT_FILE 
Rename the variable and add ENV_ prefix, so that all configuration
options which are related to environment would have an CONFIG_ENV_
prefix. No functional change.

Also rename USE_DEFAULT_ENV_FILE to USE_ENV_DEFAULT_ENV_TEXT_FILE .

Varadarajan NarayananandCaleb Connolly 3c5a192a05 configs: add qcom_ipq9574_mmc_defconfig 
Introduce a defconfig for the Qualcomm IPQ9574 SoC based RDPs.
Presently supports eMMC.

Per the flash memory layout, U-Boot size cannot exceed 756KB. With this
defconfig, u-boot.mbn size is ~480KB.
