vhaudiquet 6967813fa0 cli: drop pkh deb --mode and tighten the deb flag help texts ...

Only one build mode exists and the flag only ever accepted its
default 'local'. The --mirror help keeps what a user acts on. The
URL feeds mmdebstrap so every apt resolves from it, and the mirror
must serve every suite and architecture the build resolves.
--incremental says the same things without the asides, and
--no-ccache is one line.
