vhaudiquet d481bd9028 feat(progress): add the progress reporting sink ...

Long-running library operations (downloads, extraction, initramfs
creation) will report their progress through a caller-supplied
Progress sink instead of drawing terminal UI themselves.  NoProgress
keeps library calls silent for consumers that want no output.
